They tried to charge me and my wife for an emissions when our car wasn’t due for one. I had to explain to the staff that the vehicle wasn’t ready for an emissions. They did call me and say I could come get a free oil change but no thanks. They tried to charge me for something I didn’t need once already, won’t happen again. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very honest about the repairs and cost of repair compared to other shops like ShadeTree which wanted 3x what this place wanted. Still pricy though.

Great people. The receptionist, Sarah (sp), is so polite and always smiling. The prices for what we needed done was way outta our price range. But they explained everything down to the last detail. Great business. I had an excellent experience at Steve's Automotive Specialists.
