This was an outstanding experience! My alternator was fixed here about a year ago, and it stopped working. They took it in and warrantied it out no questions asked. They were so quick to answer the phone and never left me on hold for more than a minute. It made me feel so happy that there are still honest businesses out there that are trying to take care of their customers. Overall, this was an 11/10, 6 star experience!!

I had a great experience working with this crew and especially with Gary. They helped me understand exactly the issues I had with my car and helped me with options to determine what the right fix would be. The team got an Uber for me to get back home when we realized the repairs would take a few days and Gary made sure to call me during the whole process so I had the right expectations. I will definitely come back with them when I need more help in the future.

On a road trip, our brakes started to shudder badly. We called Steve's, and Shane said bring it right over. The tow delivered the car to Steve's at 1pm, and they had it done, for a reasonable price, by 530pm. It could have really ruined our family trip, and Steve's was an absolute god send. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing, and has the nicest people working here! Bring all your business here! My daughter and I were on the freeway and hit something on the road resulting in a flat tire. We managed to get off the freeway and parked in a lot where we proceeded to ask a few people if they could possible help us change the tire to the spare. We were met with a big solid no! I was so upset and then noticed Steve's Automotive in the same parking lot. I ran into the office with tears in my eyes and asked if anyone could possible help. I knew I could do it but just need a little guidance. A sweet man came out drove the car into the bay and proceeded to change the tire, fill up the spare with some air, told us not to go faster that 60, and sent us on our way and would not take any money. Thank you so much for being so kind and taking care of us!

My daughter’s car had issues while going to school up north. My roadside assistance needed to tow the vehicle to a shop. I’m not from Orem. Several places said they couldn’t do a diagnostics on it for a couple of weeks. Steve’s Automotive said they would fit my daughter’s vehicle in that same day. They worked with the towing company to get it there. Sent me pictures and talked me through the diagnostics since I am not local. Gary helped me figure out the best option for that vehicle. It is impossible to describe how much the customer service has meant to me as a parent who lives hundreds of miles away. Outstanding care, honest communication (I verified the diagnostic with a mechanic in my hometown), extremely affordable service, and professional.

It’s not easy to find a trustworthy mechanic around St. George that has less than a 3 week lead time. Luckily I found Doug’s. It took less than 3 days to get my car back after dropping it off on a Friday. They were very clear with their communication, and even provided a link with photos and updates of the work they were doing. And amazingly, they charged me way less than was expected. To top it all off, I received a thank you note from them a week after they worked on my car. The cherry on top! I really feel I found my local mechanic. Thanks Doug’s!

They are very honest and good people working there. They fixed my sprinkle on windshield for several minutes for free, when I had a problem to register my car.
