My vehicle was stuck in 4 wheel drive. Christopher the service advisor called me and said that it was all fixed. B Graff the technician came out and gave me suggestions to help prevent the problem in the future. I was so appreciative thinking I was going to have a big bill to find out that they didn't charge anything for the service! I wasn't expecting that. They said the. plug from the shifter motor just had water in it. What wonderful and honest service. I am so happy to have taken my vehicle in to them rather then driving to the dealer. I plan on coming here with all my service needs.

The techs that I worked with and the service I received was outstanding. They were professional and honest with what needed to be done on my car. They send you a vehicle status report that goes through every service and whether or not they recommend any type of maintenance. Nice service and super quick

Very nice people. Always polite and friendly.

They refused to give me a quote to replace my transmission over the phone. I would have to pay to tow the truck to then for them to give me a quote. I am shopping around for my son and can't afford to tow the vehicle all over the state to get a quote!

I found the people good to work with and reasonable. I especially felt like Ray was working to do what would be best for me and my vehicle. I will be back.
