Exellent World Class Custmer Service: Shane and Reddick for two times showed me very professional customer service; my car checked as fast as possible, told me by text message what is wrong with the car. I offered some money for checking the car they refused to take even though I said I do not want to fix it this time; that is help me a lot to know what is wrong witht he car and I fixed later myself because I can not afford it; I am very grateful to this business and in particular to Shane and Reddick; very professional, polite, nice and helpful; I never see such nice people.

Took my truck to the big Ford dealer in town to get an oil change/annual inspection completed and literally 36 hours later, it was not even seen yet. The place seemed hectic since they were running so far behind and I didn't want the mechanics rushing through the inspection once they eventually got around to me, so took the truck back without getting any work done and figured I'd try out Steve's due to the great reviews. I'm glad I did. My advisor, Bronson, was very friendly and communicated well with me throughout the process. After the inspection, they sent me a detailed summary of what needs to be worked on with pictures included. The truck needed multiple repairs (it's a 1998 after all) and they still completed everything in about 24 hours. There is noticeable difference in the drive quality and I'm glad I went with Steve's. When a business sends their customer to another service provider to SAVE THE CUSTOMER MONEY, they've got my trust forever!! I've been a customer for two years and have always been impressed. This week I scheduled a level 3 thorough diagnosis for around $250, and after an hour Bronson told me it would only be $90 and said he called two other service providers who would be able to do the repair at no cost to me because of the warranty, which saved me thousands of dollars!! They were savvy/intelligent to know about the 8 yr 80K mile for emissions exception for branded vehicles, and also went the extra mile to point me in the right direction. Great customer flattery! But when you pay over a grand for a repair that isn't fixed the first...or fourth time!, you take your loss. If you're shopping around, please take this shop off your list of consideration.
