This was my first time going to Steve’s. Ray was so kind when scheduling my appointment. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at the clean office and waiting area. We have a 97 Dodge Grand Caravan that had a multitude of problems one being it over heated easily and we took it to other places and they couldn’t figure it out after a week of having it, but Steve’s figured it out in a few hours! And they fixed it at a much lower price than I thought it was gonna be! They kept us in the loop about everything they were doing and they lent us a loaner car so that we wouldn’t be without transportation! Working with Steve’s was honestly the BEST auto shop experience I’ve ever had. They were on the phone for hours working with my warranty company. They explained everything to me. They sent updates with pictures showing what was going on, what they needed to do, and estimates on how much everything would cost. They were very nice and fixed my car up fast.
