Hi, this is Javier Acosta I am taking my business back to 5 points my experience with your shop it’s been rather disappointing it almost feels like people get a % for up selling we took our jeep for an engine light issue that was supposed to be a spark plug well they ended up up selling me on their full inspections which came back with many things that needed to be fix they gave me a price so I agreed to it but every time the shop would call me they would say sorry but it’s gonna be more expensive to be fix for whatever reason. So i ended up paying over $3500 dollar on repairs but guess what? the original issue with the engine light can’t be fix unless i pay $4500 more. it feels dishonest especially when they try to push you guy’s line of credit or trying to blame dodge for the way they build their cars by the end of my last conversation they recommended to sell the car or treated to a dealer ship for something else. If your techs are not familar with Jeep’s you should not take them or be honest at front. My only good comment is thank you for letting us borrow a car while ours was getting fix even if it took over 2 weeks and it couldn’t be fix but hey you still made over $3500 from me Thank you
Javier, it sounds like there has been a serious communication breakdown and this can happen for many different reasons. I highly recommend and respectfully ask that you discuss this with the manager or myself before you do anything else. We are experts at repairing Jeeps and just because your Jeep may have a complex repair issue doesn't mean that we're not. We don't get to choose what a vehicle needs to be properly repaired, we can only discover those facts and report them to you, and it seems like the major issue here is how those facts have been communicated to you, please call me at 801-694-7936 and let's sort this out, thank you! - Richard (Owner)
