Professional, went above and beyond, friendly I truly can't say enough good things about them!!!!

When Steve’s first opened in clearfield Utah, my husband and I loved it!! Steve’s cared about helping us and giving a great price. Now it’s all changed!! Steve’s charges for everything, even the smallest fixes. My husband needed his trunk latch fixed, the mechanic said 30 to 45 min. tops. When my husband arrived he was quoted 600.00 dollars. Well we bought the part from Dodge ourselves 200.00 plus another mechanic company is installing it for 65.00. Wow talk about mark up for Steve’s. Not sure if it’s 300.00 per hour now for labor. My son was also quoted over 300.00 to have his muffler fixed, master muffler did it for 65.00. Sad that the customer is no longer important to Steve’s. Also no more oil change package at a decent price. 59.95 for an oil change. Who can afford those prices. Please do your homework when something goes wrong with your vehicle, you could end up in bankruptcy if you choose Steve’s automotive specialist in clearfield!!

Several of my friends raved about Steve's and how it was the only place they trusted. Figured I would give them a try. They quoted me a possible $3,000 job. I took the truck to a service shop at a dealer, their diagnosis was completely opposite and it cost me under $200 to resolve the issue. I may have been able to get over the cost but the different diagnosis....

This auto shop is fantastic. I had been going to another shop, but switched after trying them for a bunch of scheduled maintenance I needed on my Tacoma. The staff are friendly, and called me back primarily to schedule when I used their online system to request an appointment. They evaluated my truck, priced it out, and let me pick what I wanted done. When my car started making a noise, I took it there without hesitation. They quickly diagnosed the problem, called me with the estimate, and completely the simple repair that same day. Always friendly service. Highly recommended.
