I will never go to another auto shop after the amazing experience and customer service they've shown. We've taken out cars there for a few years now but it was this recent example of something that wasn't done right and the way they went out of their way to fix it that won me over. Steve’s Auto was very patient and persevered in diagnosing my car. As usual, my car wouldn’t act up for the mechanic. Finally, the check engine light came on, the car threw a code, and they were able pinpoint the problem a bit closer. Then, it was a matter of drilling down a bit more to figure out which part of two was the problem. Parts took a good minute to arrive.
