I originally decided to come here based on the great reviews however, my experience was less than satisfactory. I made an appointment only to show up in person and be told that I needed to reschedule because their best person who diagnoses issues wasn’t in (there could’ve been a phone call or text to let me know instead of having me waste my time). Rescheduled my appointment again. Received a call later in the day saying the techs couldn’t find anything but it being an autosource car they just wanted to cut it loose/have nothing to do with it. I know others have had 5* experiences and I was hopeful as well but was sorely disappointed. ***Not to mention while waiting in the lobby early in the morning, the crews language was vulgar and demeaning towards other customers vehicles that were brought in prior to mine. Makes me think what did they say about me and my vehicle while I was gone.
Caleb, first of all thank you for your feedback and please know that I'm sorry you had to reschedule your appointment. We don't always have advance notice when an employee may call in sick or have an emergency come up, nevertheless, it doesn't change the fact that this is still terribly inconvenient for you. Secondly, sometimes there isn't a lot we can do with an intermittent problem when it doesn't present itself or leave any clues behind. Now, as far as us wanting to 'cut it loose', I'm going to find and listen to your phone call so I can understand exactly what was said because that doesn't make any sense to me. Our business is to fix cars regardless of who made it, who sold it, or who drives it. Finally, we expect our team members to present themselves and act professionally at all times and in any part of the shop they may be in. We do constant training with our teams and I will personally make it a point of focus to ensure our team members understand that kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but unacceptable. We strive to provide great service and most of the time we get it right, however, in those cases where we don't we're willing to do whatever it takes to make it right.
