Great service!!

Steve’s Auto was very patient and persevered in diagnosing my car. As usual, my car wouldn’t act up for the mechanic. Finally, the check engine light came on, the car threw a code, and they were able pinpoint the problem a bit closer. Then, it was a matter of drilling down a bit more to figure out which part of two was the problem. Parts took a good minute to arrive. I finally got the good news call and was back on the road with confidence. They have earned my respect and trust. I would definitely take my car there again. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Bronson gave us an upfront diagnosis and he actually suggested ways we could save money on some items that didn’t need immediate work unlike other shops that love to add on unnecessary repairs just so they can make more $. It’s such a scam my other mechanic was busy and would have done the same stuff for a 1/4 of the price. they kept making up things that were wrong and sent me a comparison of how it should have been and they looked exactly the same. charged me $140 just to look at it not even a deductible where other mechanics would have done it for free. jiffylube would have even done a better job and that’s saying something. I have gone to the same mechanic for 20 years. I always got a good price, professional customer service and never left unhappy. I recently moved to sandy and didn’t want to drive the 25 miles to my mechanic. I gave Steve’s auto shop a try after a referral and all I can say is they totally won me over. I am aware of issues that come up with cars. My AC needed refrigeration refill and Steve’s took care of me at a good price. I really liked that they send a full diagnostic with what the vehicle manufacturers recommend. When I went to pick my car up they let me talk to the mechanic and HE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS it was amazing. They won me over by far which says a lot for a loyal customer of 20 years.
