Giving a 1-star because 0 isn’t an option. Advisor told me my car needs almost $2,000 worth of repairs and basically made it sound like it’s unsafe to drive. So I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They quoted me half that amount for the proposed work. After looking at it, the new shop claims that none of the things listed by Steve’s were actually wrong with it and it only needs $50 worth of maintenance. Steve’s also sends out way too much junk mail. My advice is to stay away.
Cody, it sounds like your giving us a 1 star review because we recommended work that another place said is not necessary. Did you consider the possibility that it may be the other place that is mistaken? You see, we specialize in helping our clients get the most out of their vehicles and helping them reduce their overall operating costs by as much as 50% over time. The only way to do that is to have proper & timely maintenance performed, which most people don't do, and most shops don't recommend. Please call me at 801-694-7936 and let's schedule a time to meet me at any one of our 3 shops and we'll reinspect your vehicle. If we find one thing we recommended that is truly not needed based on industry professional standards, I will give you a hundred dollar bill for your troubles as well as my most sincere apology. Call me and let's settle this with the facts! - Richard (Owner)
