These guys really took care of me and my car. At first, one of their mechanics failed to test and diagnose something properly (I understand not the shops policy’s and a mistake was made) I spent a few days taking my car back and forth trying to get it resolved. It also ended up with them/me fixing and me paying for things that may not have been needed. In the end they fixed my car correctly and made it right by me. I know not every experience will be 5 stars but the fact that they made the outcome 5 stars in the end, really is something special.

Bronson and the team at Steve's has alway taken good care of me. I brought in my Ford because the brakes weren't working properly. They were able to find out that this particular part had been recalled. They made calls over to Ford and were able to confirm that they would be able to fix it for me for FREE. They could have fixed the part themselves and charged me to do so, but they did the right thing. Appreciate them.

The staff here are very friendly, the mechanics do a professional job, and they are willing to drop you off with their car service if you have somewhere to be which is very nice. However, if you enjoy paying more than you wanted too for a car repair... search no further. They are the stereotypical mechanic of looking for more things to repair than you wanted to know. You go in for an oil change and might leave having your whole car needing several repairs! I wish I was joking about this or speaking in Hyperbole, but I’m not; just experience. Not only are they willing to fix everything under the sun on your car, but they charge more to do so. They will help you lose weight though. I came out always feeling several pounds lighter, since my wallet had been reduced significantly. As I said however and to be fair, they will do a good repair on your car... the real question is: did you really need it?

I wouldnt recommend to come here. I appreciated the inspection breakdown they email to you but I only wanted an oil/fluids change and trans flushing and ended up leaving With cranks and grinding and resulting in costing me thousands. Those noises didnt exist and the grinding didnt start until after I brought the car here ): now with covid and work complications and having to pay thousands for something that wasn't an existing issue, taking my car back to have the repair reversed or redone ,. I just would not recommend this company. I give 2 stars for them willing to take my car back without charging me again , however they had to keep it for a few days and repair something that was accidentally broken during inspection.

I worked with Shane and Michael to get my pride and joy 1972 Chevy K10 back in great running shape. I also had our Nissan Rogue worked on by Steve's last year and they did a fantastic job. They always deliver a very comprehensive diagnostic report with photos. Michael took care of my pickup as if it were his own. I really appreciate that kind of professionalism. Shane was great to work with, provided clear, timely, updates on status, and had me laughing on a Monday with some much needed levity during Covid. It's great doing business with Steve's.

My wife took the car in because of an electrical problem. I have been a customer for several years and I thought they were pricey but reasonably good. They said $250 to diagnose the problem! It was "complicated" they said. My wife said she would take it to a dealer to get this properly fixed by a mechanic who knows about this model. The guy at Steve's replied that it'll cost a lot more at the dealer. She called the dealer and they charge $110 to diagnose the problem and the diagnostic cost offsets the repair cost. Next she called another mechanic and he charges $75 for the diagnosis. The car is worth about $15,000; I own it free and clear; it has less than 100,000 miles, yet this year alone I paid Steve's $1,975 in repair costs and more is on the way. I expect their diagnosis will reveal I'm in store for a huge repair bill. Either 1- I have a lemon of a car, or 2 - they are overcharging & up-selling me, or 3 - They're giving me the runaround. They've lost my confidence. I can't see that I've got much to lose taking it to another mechanic elsewhere.

I've lived in multiple states throughout my life and been to many auto shops, and this is by far the best and more respectable shop I've ever come across. I'm happy they are right down the street from me, and have referred 5+ co-workers here, and heard great feedback from them all as well. They are always fair in their prices and detailed in their communication, and if they can't fix something (which is rare but I just had happen) they make it right by not charging for the inspection. They will forever be my friendly neighborhood mechanic for all of my family's vehicles.
