Brought my car in for repairs. Asked how much it would be, since the car isn't worth much and it wouldnt be worth thousands in repairs. Gave me an estimate that worked, so I told them to go ahead. When I get the car back, it's still messed up, and it's something else, which I also have to pay for, despite their guarantee. 2400 dollars later, I've sunk more money in to the car than it's worth and it still isnt driving properly. Plus they're only open on weekdays during working hours. Honestly avoid at all costs.
Matt, it sounds like the real issue here is that you paid for a repair you hoped would resolve your vehicle's issue and it didn't, which I think we can reasonably agree would make anyone unhappy. It also seems reasonable that there is more to this story than you have shared because if we give a guarantee we keep it, period.
