Awesome customer service and awesome lobby to wait while your ride gets fixed up

I came in bright and early for an oil change and emissions test. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m so glad that my friend recommended this place to me.

I am so impressed with the customer service and friendliness of this shop. I broke down on the highway and was towed to this shop because of the great review. My truck's transfer case was blown and it was not driveable. I'm from out of state and it wasn't going to be possible for me to fix the truck. Andy let me keep my truck there on the lot over Christmas so that I could sell it. Even though I didn't pay for any repairs, every time I called with questions or needing help every associate was so friendly and helpful. If I ever need repairs while I'm in Utah, I will definitely go to Steve's Automotive!

Home mechanic. I went there because I didn't want to work in the cold. They did a good job. Although a pic was sent of one part that was replaced and not another. The invoice was not detailed.

The staff at Steve’s Automotive is so friendly and helpful! I came in today for a simple oil change and was offered a drink while sitting to wait. The receptionist is easy to talk to and the atmosphere is clean and bright. I was even impressed to see a small kids area with toys. I left my daughter at home, but she would have loved it. Steve’s Automotive mails out cute newsletters every few months and coupons too! I’m very happy with their service.
