The lady at the counter is very nice. However, they just changed computer systems, and kept getting my car mixed up with another. I ended up not getting repairs done, because I didn't feel confident about the service. I also feel like their labor charge is outrageous. I will use another shop.
Colbie, it sounds like your experience didn't leave you feeling you could trust us and I'm very sorry. We've been fixing cars in Utah for over 40 years so you should be able to feel very confident in our service. I can't do much about the software change as those kinds of things are never convenient for any of us, however, you stated our labor charge is outrageous which appears to be the real challenge here.
