Watch out for massive price markups at this shop. They tried to charge me over $700 just for a hybrid battery cooling fan on my Prius (a part that typically costs under $300). The Toyota dealership in Murray ended up completing the repair for over $900 LESS than this shop’s total quote. I got both fans replaced totaling about $1200 at Toyota, and this shop’s total quote was $2197. When I called back to get a refund, they initially tried to make excuses for the price. Only when I voiced my suspicion that they were taking advantage of me because I am not from the US and am a woman did they drop the sales pitch and grant the refund. Unfortunately, I can’t attach the quote here since it won’t let me.
