Great staff, great prices, and they do good work.

I needed tires so badly on my vehicle with winter coming. I've been digging myself out of financial debt for a few years now and one of my family members recommended Steve's. I drove down and explained my situation. They were so understanding and the prices were way more affordable than any other place I had been quoted for tires. Everywhere else wanted your first born child. They had to order them for me and even offered to Uber Me home until my vehicle was done. (Which I politely declined and asked them to call me when I needed to come back in) They got my new tires on quickly and the whole process was wonderful! I feel so much safer driving home now. Thank you guys sooo much!! I will be returning and referring.

My nieces car broke down near the shop, so it was our first time there, but things were diagnosed quickly and thoroughly with repairs done in a timely manner.

Although the guys that I worked with there were phenomenal, I caught a complete con job. I took my truck in to have a noise addressed from the rear end that had been going on to 30k miles. They stated it had a bad rear wheel bearing, that they listened to it with the stereoscope and that was the near $1k fix. Great! Well, they complete the $1k repair and it wasn’t the problem. It’s the rear diff. But they said hey, at least the rear tire wasn’t going in an oval anymore. I don’t have any weird tread wear (30k miles same problem). Now, the rear diff sounds 10x worse than before, I have an unnecessary wheel bearing, and am out almost a grand. This is why people don’t trust mechanics. I get some things are hard to diagnose, but if you are under a truck listening with a stethoscope a rear diff is far off from a wheel bearing.

This auto shop is great! John and Chris were very helpful at explaining what was wrong with my car, and they were honest and had integrity when one of the technicians accidentally broke a part in my car to fix it free of charge! I will definitely be coming back here again!

Was excited to see how this shop worked. They seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Got my car to them. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a long list of things that needed to be repaired. They did not fix anything and charged me $460. It seems they focused on everything else instead of the reason why the car was there. I would go back to them but I would definitely be specific as to what I want done. $460 for a diagnosis seems pretty steep.
