Customer Satisfaction is a priority here! After being a happy customer for quite some time, I was ready to write off Steve's Auto due to a terrible experience. They do have some highly qualified and great mechanics, but it only takes one bad one to lose a customer. I brought my truck there for a driveline issue and they tried to sell me a new transmission for $7000, without showing me any evidence. I was furious and felt ripped off vowing never to return. To my surprise, Jared reached out and he was very apologetic, understanding, and made things right. He was honest and respectful. He won back my business, and I will give Steve's another chance. It’s not every day that a business goes to these efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend giving them a try.

I was delighted and amazed, the Toyota dealership in town couldn’t fix my problem in three years as it kept coming back a week later. I came in for a simple oil change, tire rotation and engine flush. I came back to find that my coolant started leaking when I had never had that until I brought it in and they want me to pay $1,000 to fix their mess up.
