Great customer service. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Honest people giving good service.

So nice and friendly! My car battery went out when I went to pick up pizza. Luckily Steve's is in the same shopping area and I walked over at shortly after 5pm. They were so gracious and nice to assist me with making certain I needed a new battery and then replaced it very quickly. I felt bad about just walking in and they kept assuring me that it was not a problem Trust me, when I say as a single woman it certainly was incredible to find such a great business! I will definitely be returning for any car needs!!!

My experience with Steve’s Automotive in Santa Clara, UT was excellent. They performed the service I requested, and while waiting had Internet, Cable TV and a donut! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

Car having trouble starting between errands. Stopped at Steve’s, 25 minutes to get a new battery and I was on the road.again.
