Their service providers were able to explain to me what was wrong and make me feel as if I was in good hands.

Took my car in end of June because it wouldn’t accelerate and the engine light was on. After over a month and $1700, they swore it was fixed. I drove it for 20 minutes — it broke down again with the exact same issue. Then they tried to charge me another $1200 for “maybe” the battery or alternator. I’m now in debt for a car that still doesn’t run. Save yourself the money, stress, and lies — don’t bother with this place.

Andrew and Kenneth (hopefully I spelled those correctly) are both absolutely wonderful and willing to work with you to find solutions that fit your needs. Their technicians go above and beyond to diagnose and inspect potential issues, and they go as far as to record videos and upload them for you to review yourself which keeps things completely transparent. It has been clear through my interactions that their team holds more value to taking care of the person who pulled into their lot than trying to make a quick buck, and that means a lot.
