My preception is they are nice but not trustworthy Starting with the cons: 1. When I dropped my truck off there to have it looked at - I was told it wouldnt turn because of the radiator stop leak that I put it. I had been able to get it to turn over a few days before I brought it in and stop leak wouldnt stop the engine from turning - that was the first red flag. 2. Was given the price to fix my truck but after talking to them, they brought it down 2000$. When I picked up my truck, the price was what they originally told me, before they brought it down. They said I agreed to that price but couldn't show me where I did. 3. They told me they had to replace 1000$ in parts but didn't call to tell me about the need and talk to me about the extra costs. 4. Several of the parts that they said had to be replaced, I had recently replaced, so I know they didnt need to be replaced. 5. Told me they would give me a military discount but I still ended up paying 500$ more than what I was told, after I argued with them for a week Pros: 1. Let me leave my truck there a few extra weeks while I moved money around to pay for the repair 2. After disagreeing with them for a week they brought the price down to be only 500$ more than what I was told - instead of 2000$ more Im not going to blast them on social media because they did work with me on my concern about the pricing/ ethics - however it was after considerable back and forth.
