These guys to good work! All the work I have had done on my vehicles has been quality work. I recommend them to my friends and family. How many auto shops have you been to that you can say that!! I really like how they are willing to pay for an uber for you so you don’t have to wait while they have your car. They will tell you everything your car needs, I don’t always get the recommended service but I like that they check everything and give an honest opinion, and send you a detailed report so I can refer to it when I am ready to fix it.

This a review of the Steve's Automotive chain in general and their shops are incredibly honest and stand by their work. I had some trouble with my truck due to an honest mistake from an other one of their shops. The other shop got on it with towing the truck to the nearest Steve's at their cost and got it fixed right away and did a thorough evaluation to make sure it ran right and got it back to me quickly. Mistakes can happen and its amazing good to know that there is a group of shops in the valley that will stand by what they do and will take care of you if something goes wrong. Amazing group of shops to go to.

Quick and efficient with diagnosing and repairing my vehicle.

My fiancé took my car in for a simple oil change. They went above and beyond and did a full inspection which informed me of a few problem-areas that I had no clue about. They explained the issue in a way that I was able to understand, explained why it is important to fix things, and how I can go about fixing them. They even told me about things like my engine air filter being really dirty but realistically I could get another 6 months out of it. Also, we didn’t have an appointment and when my fiance got there, they told him it would be about an hour wait and they offered to buy him a Lyft home. He declined but when it took a little bit longer than expected, they reduced my bill. I am so impressed and my car is happy!

Great place to get a full synthetic oil change. They were honest and looked over the vehicle and gave a report of all maintenance recommended without being pushy. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Work completed quickly.

I came in for a pre-purchase inspection and I am so pleased with the comprehensive break-down that Steve's Auto gave me on my soon-to-be Rav4. The pictures and graphs and detailed layout of what they found on the car made it way easier to show the used car dealership I'm working with. If I buy the car, I'll be returning to Steve's any time I need work done.

If I could give more stars, I would! Would not recommend any other Auto Repair in Cache County. Top-notch service. Fast, reliable, personable, and reasonable.

These people rip me off there in the Square they said that it would be fixed it wasn’t fixed at all we gave them a chance to find the problem they said that they were sorry but we’re not gonna give you your money back we don’t do that here we tried and we failed they charge us pretty close over $2000 for one motor Mountain we they told us if we do anything they’re gonna sue us for harassment another words they don’t wanna hear it anymore regardless of their problem or my problem they went out Of their way be helpful buyer beware this company will make your life a living hell if they can’t fix it

Very helpful and accommodating for my needs

Said they could take a lug nut off and 3 hours later they charged me $250 for nothing. They didn’t have the equipment to do it and were gonna charge $600 total to drill it out. Kinda pricey and seems scummy, but it probably depends on the work you get done.
