After spending over $3,000.00 for maintenance on my car, less than 250 miles later I needed a new motor. I personally think the timing belt was incorrectly installed. So does my warranty company. Needless to say they wanted another $15,000.09 for a new motor. Had my car towed to another company to fix correctly. By the way it took over 5 weeks for the service to be completed. I would not recommend this place for any kind if service. Go somewhere else.
Darla, I'm truly sorry that you wouldn't recommend our service. However, I don't blame you for being upset because I would be too. After doing some investigating it seems this may all be the result of a misunderstanding instigated by your insurance company. Over the years I've found that most extended warranty companies will do just about anything to not spend money. That includes telling you whatever it takes for them to get their way, which is to spend the absolute least amount possible. I feel sad to lose a client over an insurance company watching out for their own self-interests, it doesn't seem right.
