I don't know if edit history is visible but I had a less than awesome initial experience but the owner ending up calling and making things right which I appreciated.

I recently had a starter go out in my Avalon, didn't know where to take it to have it repaired, since I'm new to the area, I called them first since I am close to the repair shop, and asked them when they could get to the repair they told me that they were available right now, wow what a pleasant surprise. So bottom line is that they replaced the starter in my Avalon and got it done quickly. They also called before they went ahead with the repair. They also did an inspection of the rest of my Avalon and gave me a list of problems and concerns with the rest of the vehicle. I will be using Steve's as my automotive service/repair facility in the future.

I visited them earlier this year to get some work done and I cannot recommend them enough. They are friendly, family culture oriented. They helped me feel very comfortable with what they were doing by supplying me with a link to my car's profile, and were really good at putting updates onto that profile. The work they did was well done and they communicated with me through the whole process. Steve's Automotive is bar none, the best business I have had the pleasure to work with. I recently went back for an oil change and they fit me in and remembered who I was. I'm excited to work with them in the future, and suggest you pay them a visit!
