Fair is fair. I wrote a scathing review regarding my past experiences, so it's only fair that I share the tremendous way that "Steve's" stepped up to make things right. When I originally posted my damning review, I was at my wit's end; I didn't ever think that I would receive satisfaction from this shop. Then Richard S. (Owner) asked me to reach out to him, to see if there was something that could be done to rectify the situation. So, I called him. Richard and I talked for about 45 minutes; I expressed my ongoing frustration, and he expressed, what I truly felt, was his compassion for what I had experienced, along with his sincere desire to make things right. I found his candor to be refreshing, and his integrity to be heartfelt. It was during this conversation that Richard offered to, once again, work on my 2016 Nissan Altima, and correct the recurring O2 sensor problem once and for all. I made an appointment to drop off my car on 12/4/19. Richard told me that he would personally report the ongoing progress to me, as he wanted to ensure the success of this project. He was true to his word. Without going into great detail, Richard's Millcreek team worked on my car for two days, having to test drive it on several occasions, while complying with Nissan's repair order, to ensure success. In short, the Millcreek team went above-and-beyond to resolve this matter. In short, I was virtually rendered speechless by the effort put forth, and the goodwill shown by Richard and his team to make a customer happy. If this is an example of the integrity that Steve's continues to show, I will continue to be a return customer.
