They've always been honest with repairs and concerns. They don't push you on repairs and will be flexible on cost. They fixed plenty of issues with our van.

Doug’s Master Auto Care was a great help to our family in the middle of our vacation. They were very friendly and had my car problem fixed within a few hours. I’m so thankful we were vacationing near an auto shop that was willing to help in our time of need!

We were traveling through the area when our A/C went out in our vehicle! We knew it was suppose to be 110 degrees in Vegas and was considering renting a car for the remainer of our trip. These guys rock, especially the service manager, Mike. We had quite a problem replacing a CEU with a shop back east that didn't seem to have their act together. The whole process was a comedy of errors from the other side. Mike stayed all over them throughout their blunders. It took longer than we reckoned, but finally got it done. No blame on Steve's. I will definitely go back and recommend the shop highly!
