My first time here. Didn’t wait long at all. Super easy to talk to the mechanics and see what was going on with my car & whats steps are next to take. Even have awesome deals going on.

My vehicle was having issues so I pulled off the freeway and Steve’s Automotive was right down the road. The gal at the front desk greated me with a smile and got me in right away. In a matter of minutes they had my vehicle pulled into the garage for a FREE preliminary. I was shocked, I’ve never experienced a place that with do a visual at no cost to me. I waited in their waiting room, which I must say is very warm and inviting. And the receptionist was great to make you feel at home, even offering me a free drink. In ruffuly 30 minutes or so their sales manager came out and told me the issue with my vehicle and offered a few different price options with different warranties on them. He was very informative and even walked me out in the garage to show me the issue with my vehicle. I really appreciated that. As my vehicle was getting repaired they gave me a complimentary shuttle home and picked me up when it was completed. They keep in touch with me by phone during the whole process from a report of my vehicle being sent to me to updates by phone. The receptionist was great, she even remembered me by name when I called and picked up my vehicle. All in all they have my business. I have been looking for a new shop and by chance feel across this one. Sure glad I did, they are now my #1 shop.

Awesome customer service and awesome lobby to wait while your ride gets fixed up

I came in bright and early for an oil change and emissions test. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m so glad that my friend recommended this place to me.

I am so impressed with the customer service and friendliness of this shop. I broke down on the highway and was towed to this shop because of the great review. My truck's transfer case was blown and it was not driveable. I'm from out of state and it wasn't going to be possible for me to fix the truck. Andy let me keep my truck there on the lot over Christmas so that I could sell it. Even though I didn't pay for any repairs, every time I called with questions or needing help every associate was so friendly and helpful. If I ever need repairs while I'm in Utah, I will definitely go to Steve's Automotive!

Home mechanic. I went there because I didn't want to work in the cold. They did a good job. Although a pic was sent of one part that was replaced and not another. The invoice was not detailed.

Super helpful and they explained details about my car. I left learning something new!
