I was able to get the vehicle in the hand's of Steve's automotive specialists the very next morning. They were able to identify the problem and gave me an estimate on the timeline to fix it. I explained my situation regarding the travel and how that would be a very tight window to get the van back before we left. I really appreciated the level of empathy Mitch displayed towards my situation. He was very understanding and expressed that he would do everything in his power to expedite the repairs. They were able to get the parts much faster than expected. Thanks to the creativeness and expertise of the specialist that worked on my minivan, they were able to get it repaired much faster than expected. It's good as new and just in time for our trip. Steve's Automotive Specialists felt like a business that took pride in the work they do and the service they provide to their community.
