They had my car about 4 months then finally came down too they can't fix it do to an availability of a wiring diagrams, with the few times I unexpectedly show up all doors and lift gate were unlocked mind you after hours. And still had everything in the same place as when I dropped it off it wasn't touched, to end it all with very bad customer service on top of all of this
Jonathan, I'm sorry we weren't able to help you with your vehicle and I feel it's appropriate to mention a few facts you seem to have left out. 1) Your vehicle was at our shop for over 2 weeks before you responded to our communications regarding the next step. 2) Shortly after you finally responded, we determined it didn't make sense for us work on your vehicle due to the fact that someone else had already done extensive work on it and possibly altered some of the electrical wiring. We made every reasonable attempt to contact you to inform you that we thought it was best if you simply pick up your vehicle and you didn't respond or contact us for nearly a month. Once you finally did, you knew we weren't going to be working on your vehicle you left it in our parking lot for almost another 2 months. Jonathan, sometimes we make mistakes and we might get a 1 star review that I actually feel we deserved, however, in this case I sincerely believe it is unfair to our team who actually did their best to help you in spite of the fact that it was virtually impossible to get a hold of you most of the time your vehicle was at our facility. So, I would respectfully ask you to either update your review so it more accurately reflects the facts or perhaps to simply remove it.
