I had an engine failure on the highway and had my car towed here late in the afternoon. They were able to give me a quote the very next day early in the morning. I decided to sell the car due to the repair cost being beyond the car value but they were gracious enough to give me a day to figure out my situation while my car sat there. Communication with them was very good!

They say the real measure of a company's services levels is how they handle themselves when there's a problem. I've always found that to be true. We brought my son's truck in for some work, and unfortunately the mechanic made a mistake.
