These guys are good at what they do. They compete with the dealerships and their service and pricing are comparible. I have the upmost confidence in their quality of work. But they do not have your best intrest in mind. This is not the place to go to if you are just wanting to pass emissions and ride your car until it dies. I came in with an older car worth maybe $2500 fixed. Just needed a $400 part and 2-3 hours labor to pass emissions. After their 80 point inspection they come back with a $6200 estimate of 8 more repairs and were more than excited to knock all that out for me and expecting me to say yes. If a 85 year old man walks in for a new pair of orthapedic shoes, they would convince him he needs a new titanium hip and act like his best friend for doing so.
Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate it because it helps us understand how to serve our clients better. It seems you may not have understood the entire purpose of why we share the overall condition of your vehicle with you. So, just to clarify, as professionals it's our responsibility to inform our clients of ALL their vehicle's needs and it's their responsibility to decide what to do with that information. When you consider that the average new vehicle costs $40,000, $6,200 appears to be a reasonable amount if it can provide safe and reliable transportation for a few more years!
