Gave me clear and detailed information about my problem with my car so I could understand what was going on, great service

I really like this place, great customer service and they do really great work. I will be leaving jiffy lube to be doing my business here from now on. Only way this place can get better is they open on Saturday, that'll be a huge plus!!! I just recently bought another car, and along with my other car it will only be coming to Steve’s Automotive for any and all services. They remember me as a valued customer, I get greeted so great over the phone and when I arrive at the shop. My car soon to be cars are always in perfect condition when I leave Steve’s. The car care program is amazing you get 4 free oil changes in a year, discounts on services plus I get mailed coupons for more savings on different visits as well. Highly recommend this crew, this business to everybody!!! You will not be disappointed

I love these people! Down to earth and very friendly. Daniel always takes the time to explain to me what's wrong and let's me know it's level of importance. I never feel taken advantage of and know Steve's has my best interest in mind. My first time going there was an emergency and now I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!!

These folks are simply awesome! Not enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe my experience. My poor truck developed a "ghost" electrical problem that just about drove me bats after a repair that I did. They hooked into their diagnostic gear, put their ghost hunter technician on it, and in due time the problem was fixed. Peace of mind restored!! Great customer service and follow through. Highly recommend

450 bucks to "repack" a wheel bearing! It's just going to go out on me again! Crooks all the way around! Estamined 3k!!! To replace hubs and bearings!?! That's 300 in parts and a very simple job! Stay away from these clowns!

My car broke down in there parking lot with kids in car. They were awsone pushed my car into bay to help fix it. Very nice people.
